A lot of the silverware (well EPNS but who's counting) we retain will not come out to you highly polished. This isn't just because we are lazy (well, Tamsin is) for the most part it's because highly reflective material on stage or on screen can cause an issue lighting wise (and also within catalogue shots!). A lot of the shots of silverware on the website look very  yellow in the photos, please do ask on the selection form if you want to check the finish.

Some of our items are so old that the silver plate finish is all but gone- but the styling works well within certain periods design wise. If you know you need a really brilliant shine finish wise on the items, please do check on the queries section of the selection form. If you need to sparkle up any items, please do so, but please use appropriate products to do- we're big fans of the brasso/silvo range or good old duraglit.
